1) First of all – You have to make sure you have installed our module on your Joomla version. Our Module Supports JOOMLA 2.5 and JOOMLA 3.x
2) Normally you can assign the module on either "debug" or "footer" position of your theme.
3) After Download – You have to create a module in module manager. Make it Publish and assign it on the pages you like to display the module sidebar.
4) Configuration Fields are described below:
i) Sidebar Image: Or can say icon. Select the one you like
ii) Margin Top: Margin top from Top Right of your browser window
iii) jQuery: This is simple. If your site already have load jQuery – you can set it to No. Otherwise Yes. Mostly if you have jQuery Conflict problem then you can try it by set it to No.
iv) Google Plus User ID: Numeric ID of your Google Plus Profile To find your google plus id follow the below steps. Go to your profile or the ones you like to display on sidebar https://plus.google.com/+britneyspears/posts Something like this. Find one of their post and hover over their name or image The numeric number display on bottom is the user id.
v) API Key: https://code.google.com/apis/console#access Create a New Project – give it a name and then save Now you have to Enable Google+ Api First. To do that first click on the project you have just created. Sign agreement if required or being asked. Now see the left menu set. Click on API & Auth – find Google+ Api and set it On Now from left click on Credentials – Click Button name “CREATE NEW KEY” – Select Browser key – give domain name if want – the domain name you will set the key will only accessible from that domain. Copy the API Key and paste in to your Joomla module field name API Key
vi) Width: Width of your module in pixel vii) Height: Height of your module in pixel viii) Color Scheme: Two available color scheme you can choose from – Light or Dark
